Whether you’re ordering a laptop, accessory, or custom PC, you can choose the delivery method that best suits you:

  • Standard Delivery: Affordable shipping to all major cities and towns.

  • Express Delivery: Fast-tracked option for urgent orders (1–2 business days in main areas).

  • Local Collection: Prefer to collect? Visit our warehouse or pickup point in George, Western Cape.

All deliveries are tracked from dispatch to drop-off, with regular email and SMS updates.

Returns & Refunds

Tekari complies with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and Electronic Communications & Transactions Act (ECT Act).

Defective or damaged products

If your product is defective on arrival or develops a manufacturing fault within the supplier warranty period:

  • We will assess and arrange repair, replacement, or refund (at our discretion, in line with CPA/warranty terms).

  • Keep original packaging, serial numbers, and proof of purchase.

Late delivery / unavailable product

  • If we cannot deliver within a reasonable/communicated period, or stock becomes unavailable, we’ll notify you and offer a full refund.

    Cooling-off (online purchases)

    Under the ECT Act, you may cancel within 7 days of receiving goods if unused and in original packaging.

    • We’ll issue a refund after inspection.

    • Return courier fees may apply where the item is not defective.

    Returns that cannot be accepted

    For hygiene, licensing, or value-integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

    • Opened software/licences, digital downloads, consumables

    • Items showing physical damage, misuse, or missing serials

    • Products not in saleable condition (missing accessories, manuals, inserts)

    • Special-order/import items, unless defective

    Refund timing

    Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days (bank timelines may vary).

    How to log a return

    Email support@tekari.co.za or call or Whatsapp 065 314 6442 with your order number, photos/video (if faulty), and reason. We’ll guide pickup/inspection next steps.

FAQs

My order hasn’t arrived yet — where is it?

Check your tracking link (email/SMS). If you don’t see it, contact support with your order number.

Do you deliver on public holidays or weekends?

Couriers operate on business days. Weekend/holiday delivery is not guaranteed.

Do you deliver to my area or postcode?

Yes, nationwide. Remote/outlying areas may take 1–2 extra days.

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

Express is available on many in-stock items to main centres (cut-off 14:00). We’ll confirm during checkout.

Do I need to be present to sign for delivery?

Yes. If no one is available, the courier will reattempt or arrange collection.

How do returns work for non-defective products?

Log a request within 7 days (unused, sealed) to support@tekari.co.za.

Return fees may apply.

What if the product arrives damaged or faulty?

Log it with photos within 48 hours of delivery; we’ll arrange a swap/inspection.
